Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all work carried out by Roburn Group LTD. By requesting a quote, paying a deposit, or proceeding with any work, you agree to the following terms.
 

1. Quotations
 

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time and are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise).
 

Quotes are estimates for the agreed scope of work. Any changes to the scope may result in revised pricing.
 

2. Bookings & Deposits
 

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
 

Deposits are typically non-refundable.

The deposit secures your project slot and covers initial planning, materials, and scheduling.
 

Roburn Group LTD reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
 

3. Payment Terms
 

Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing and may include staged payments.
 

Final payment must be made before the vehicle is released.

Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

Roburn Group LTD reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding balances are settled.
 

4. Scope of Work
 

All work will be carried out as agreed in writing.
 

Any additional work requested after the project has started must be approved and may incur additional costs and extended timelines.
 

5. Customer-Supplied Vehicles
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
 

The vehicle is roadworthy and safe to work on.

The vehicle is free from significant defects unless disclosed in advance.

All personal belongings are removed prior to work.
 

Roburn Group LTD is not responsible for pre-existing issues or faults within the vehicle.
 

6. Timelines & Delays
 

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only.
 

Delays may occur due to:
 

Supply chain issues.

Changes in project scope.

Unforeseen complications.
 

Roburn Group LTD will communicate any significant delays where possible.
 

7. Inspection & Acceptance
 

Customers must inspect the vehicle upon completion before it leaves the workshop.
 

By accepting the vehicle, the customer confirms that:
 

The work has been completed to an acceptable standard.

Any visible issues have been raised.
 

8. Liability
 

Roburn Group LTD will take all reasonable care while the vehicle is in our possession. However, we are not liable for:
 

Pre-existing damage or faults.

Loss or damage to unsecured personal items.

Indirect or consequential losses (including loss of earnings or business interruption).
 

9. Modifications & Third-Party Work
 

Any modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by third parties after completion may affect the integrity of the work and may void any guarantees.
 

10. Cancellations
 

If a booking is cancelled:
 

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations close to the scheduled start date may incur additional charges.
 

11. Warranty & Guarantee
 

All workmanship is covered under Roburn Group LTD's Workmanship Guarantee (see separate policy).
 

This guarantee applies only to the original installation and does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or external factors.
 

12. Storage & Collection
 

Vehicles must be collected promptly upon completion.
 

Roburn Group LTD reserves the right to charge storage fees for vehicles not collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
 

13. Ownership of Materials
 

All materials and installations remain the property of Roburn Group LTD until full payment has been received.
 

14. Use of Images
 

Roburn Group LTD reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed work for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
 

15. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 

16. Acceptance
 

By proceeding with any booking, payment, or work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
