Workmanship Guarantee
At Roburn Group LTD, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every installation completed in our workshop.
All work carried out by Roburn Group LTD is covered by a 24-month workmanship guarantee, providing confidence that your build has been completed to a high and reliable standard.
All customers are required to inspect and approve the completed work before the vehicle leaves our premises, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
1. What Our Guarantee Covers
Our workmanship guarantee covers faults directly related to the installation work carried out by Roburn Group LTD.
This includes:
Structural integrity of custom-built systems.
Drawer mechanisms and moving components installed by us.
Fixings, mountings, and installation points.
Overall workmanship relating to the build and fit-out.
If an issue arises within the guarantee period and is deemed to be a workmanship fault, we will assess and rectify the problem where appropriate.
2. Guarantee Period
The guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date of completion, starting when the vehicle leaves our workshop. It applies only to work completed by Roburn Group LTD.
3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not cover issues resulting from external factors or misuse.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Improper use or misuse of installed systems.
Overloading of storage units, drawers, or fixtures.
Incorrect storage or securing of equipment.
Damage caused by loose tools or materials.
Accidents, collisions, or vehicle damage.
Water ingress or environmental damage.
Modifications or alterations by third parties.
General wear and tear from regular use.
Mechanical or electrical faults unrelated to our installation.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of all installed systems.
Roburn Group LTD accepts no liability for damage caused by:
Overloading or misuse.
Failure to properly secure items within the vehicle.
Any modifications made after installation.
5. Guarantee Claims
If you believe there is an issue covered under this guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible.
To process your claim, we may require:
Name and booking details.
Vehicle registration.
Description of the issue.
Supporting photographs where possible.
We may request that the vehicle is returned to our workshop for inspection.
6. Repairs Under Guarantee
Where a valid workmanship fault is identified, Roburn Group LTD will carry out repairs within a reasonable timeframe.
The guarantee covers repair of the original installation only and does not extend to:
Loss of earnings.
Business interruption.
Travel or transport costs.
Vehicle downtime.
7. Non-Transferable Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to the original customer and is not transferable.
It will become void if:
The vehicle is sold or ownership changes.
The installation is removed or transferred to another vehicle.
Roburn Group LTD does not accept claims from subsequent owners or third parties.
8. Guarantee Limitations
This guarantee applies exclusively to work carried out by Roburn Group LTD.
Roburn Group LTD reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls within the scope of this workmanship guarantee.
9. Relationship to Terms and Conditions
This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, which outline installation approval, responsibilities, and liability.
By proceeding with a booking, paying a deposit, or commissioning work, you confirm that you have read and accepted both this policy and our Terms and Conditions.
